- My name is Shawn Hudgins. I discovered that I like to draw around the age of 5. I started from newspaper comic strips just to see how close to the real thing I could get. Wanting more of a challenge I moved on to comics books and found techniques and styles that would become a part of my own style. I have a natural love and talent for drawing and have never had training for it. I used comics, painting, and etc to study and develop my own style. By middle school I had moved on to drawing portraits and that was where people felt my work displayed the most passion. With the fact that I like to do my art my way and having no training I consider my style as raw, but I have been told it helps my work to speak very well. Music is a very important part of my process. I have to have it when I work. I have had some training in Graphic Design and have done some work there. I will also be posting some of it soon. Feel free to leave comments on the artwork if you have a minute, I welcome and appreciate all feedback. I will be creating and posting a price list for anyone out there that maybe interested in having work done, thank you for spending a minute to view my passion I hope you like it.
